DatePlay's virtual wallet:
It is not a bank account.
It does not accrue interest.

The recipient user may request a withdrawal of funds to their bank account only when the accumulated balance reaches a minimum of 160 USD (or the equivalent in the applicable currency).
DatePlay expressly reserves the right to temporarily withhold or block the withdrawal of funds from the virtual wallet when there is reasonable evidence of:
Unusual or irregular activity.
Fraudulent conduct.
Use of fake accounts or identity theft.

The purpose of this withholding is ensure the availability of funds for potential refunds to affected users.

The recipient user is a fake user.

The principle of good faith in contractual relations has been violated.
In such cases, DatePlay may use the funds held in the offending user’s virtual wallet to issue the corresponding refund.

The final decision will be made solely by DatePlay, based on objective criteria and in good faith.
In serious or repeated cases of fraud or noncompliance:
DatePlay may permanently freeze the funds in the virtual wallet.
These funds may be used to compensate affected users.
The user in violation will forfeit any rights to the blocked amounts.
These measures shall be implemented without prejudice to any additional legal action.
