Our commitment is to provide a platform that is safe, ethical, and responsible, where interactions between users are based on free consent, voluntary nature, mutual respect and strict compliance with the law.
DatePlay has a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that may facilitate, promote, or conceal human trafficking or exploitation.

Exploiting minors (absolute prohibition).
DatePlay is a social video call platform where:

Accepting a video call is entirely voluntary.
Payment is required only for access to the video call feature within the app.
The distribution of funds is carried out transparently:
